Day 3: Detox with Fasting
 Focus: Gentle Cleansing + Digestive Reset
 Challenge: Try a 12–16-hour fast + mindful food choices post-fast

Day 4: Move for Circulation
 Focus: Physical Movement to Boost Energy
 Challenge: Morning stretch + midday movement breaks + 30-min evening walk

Day 5: Reflect, Celebrate, Commit
 Focus: Mindset & Integration
 Challenge: Reflect on progress, celebrate achievements, and commit to a healthy habit moving forward
